Pupsday offers a dog personality assessment platform and subscription service, including a free 59-question personality quiz, a treat recommendation quiz, personalized training recommendations, educational content, and a Korean Treat Box subscription with monthly or quarterly delivery options.
User Accounts and Registration
The personality quiz operates anonymously without requiring email, but purchasing products or using the treat recommendation quiz requires a valid email address. Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and report unauthorized access immediately.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use the service for illegal purposes, violate laws, impersonate others, upload harmful content, gain unauthorized system access, interfere with servers, or use automated systems without permission.
Content and Intellectual Property
Pupsday owns all original content and features protected by intellectual property laws. By submitting content, users grant Pupsday a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such material for service improvement.

Limitation of Liability
Pupsday is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages from service use or unavailability.
Payment and Refunds
Subscription Pricing:
- Monthly: $34.90/month
- Quarterly: $99.90/three months
- One-Time: $39.90
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. A 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to unopened products in original condition. Refunds process within 5-10 business days.
Physical Products and Subscriptions
Pupsday ships to U.S. addresses only, typically within 2-3 business days, with delivery in 3-7 business days. Users are responsible for accurate addresses. Product availability varies; unavailable items result in alternative offers or refunds.
Quiz Services
The free personality quiz requires no email. The treat recommendation quiz collects preference data requiring email and may suggest purchases. Results are educational only, not professional advice.
Privacy and Data Protection

Termination
Pupsday may terminate accounts immediately for any reason, including term violations.
